Shipping Info: Shipping of items is done through the Dutch postal service PostNL, and we adhere to their tarifs for the different package sizes and weights. Typically, shipping takes about a day within The Netherlands, and 2-4 days in Europe. The current prices are related to 'track-and-trace'-able packages. If you don't want/need that, contact us directly, and we'll happy to help you out and create a non live-trackable shipping option (which is somewhat cheaper).

If you're familiar with one of the band members, or reside in the Randstad Area of The Netherlands, a pick-up of you merch might be an alternative option. In this case, contact us directly with a 'buy merch' request and we'll be happy to help you out.
Return Policy: When you buy Homemade Water merch, we want you to be happy. Of course, things can go wrong, and we try our best to resolve any conflicts. If you face an issue with your merch (it is damaged, it's not what you expected, you believe you paid too little, etc.). Please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue!
